How it works
- Fill the business associate form below.
- Send the signed proposal form, agreement, photographs and self-attested documents with the payment details to our head office.
- Within 24 working hours of verification you receive a Business Associate ID and password.
- Both parties sign an agreement that sets out the programme and fees.

Terms & conditions
- We work in two parts: Public Relationship Officer (our business partners and franchises) and Administration Officer (the Indian Salahkar team).
- A franchise or business partner certificate is issued only after registration, payment of fees and documentation are complete.
- Certificates are valid for 5 years, after which renewal is required.
- Courier, post and DD charges are not paid by the company.
- A dishonoured cheque attracts a fine of ₹1,000.
- Cash deposit charges, as per bank norms, are borne by the partner.
- TDS on commission is compulsory, according to work.
- Services are assigned to branches according to area, goodwill and work profile.
- The company does not pay partner office rent, staff salaries, telephone or internet expenses.
- Franchise and business partner fees are neither refundable nor transferable.
Franchise levels
- Zone — top branch level covering 1 to 20 districts.
- Metro district — a district containing a metro city, based on Government of India district guidelines.
- District — based on Government of India district guidelines.
- City — an area defined by the company by wards or PIN codes, in capital, metro and big cities.
- Unit — base branch level with no area-specific rights.
